How Does This APP Work?

The sounds within the app serve as an effective tool for managing tinnitus through sound therapy and sound masking techniques, reducing the noticeability of tinnitus symptoms. This masking effect can be particularly beneficial during quieter nighttime environments. By listening to pleasant sounds, especially those closely matching the frequency of your tinnitus symptoms, your brain's focus is redirected to the pleasant sound rather than the bothersome tinnitus noise.
